Dr. Frangiamore is a board certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in the non-operative and operative treatment of shoulder, knee, and sports related injuries. He previously served as a team physician for the Cleveland Guardians Professional Baseball Organization, the Premiere Lacrosse League, the medical team for the Burton US Open of snowboarding and Premier Soccer League Summer series. He is passionate about getting athletes at all levels and ages back to the activities they enjoy.

Through extensive research and clinical experience, has developed innovative solutions for treating complex or failed rotator cuff, shoulder arthritis and knee ligament conditions in younger or highly active patients who want to avoid replacement surgery.

Dr. Frangiamore cared for professional athletes from the NFL,MLB, NHL, NBA, ATP/WTA, PGA and US Olympic teams in addition to treating collegiate, high school, and recreational athletes. He traveled internationally serving as an event physician for the US Men's & Women's Ski and Snowboard teams and continues to provide medical care in that role today for the US ski and Snowboard Association (USSA).
