Comments: Young. REALLY YOUNG.I always start with the youngest doc available - new, but recently trained! Dr. Sal is the shoulder doc for snowboarding at the Olymp. Ctr. He set me at ease, saying while he's only 34, he's doing 20 of these a month, has studied primarily shldrs and LOVES it. His staff adores him (a criteria for me). He reviewed my files, introd'd me his physician's assistant who would help in surgery and became my email pal. FABULOUS CARE/FOLLOW-UP. I'm a retired reporter...I ask questions
